1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms of use of gayidvebi.ge. By registering on the Platform, you agree to the terms below.

2. Description of the service

gayidvebi.ge is an order and inventory management system for small and medium online shops. The Platform offers an order board, a product catalogue, stock control and financial analytics.

3. Account creation and responsibility

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

4. Rules of use

When using the Platform, you must not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach the system's security or gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

5. Pricing and payment

gayidvebi.ge offers one complete package with all features. The price is individual and is set after registration, based on your shop's needs.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, code and branding are the property of gayidvebi.ge. The business data you enter into the Platform (orders, products, customer information) remains your property.

7. Limitation of liability

Gayidvebi.ge strives to keep the service running without interruption but does not guarantee complete, uninterrupted availability. The Platform is not liable for indirect losses that may result from a temporary interruption of the service.

8. Account termination

You may stop using your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if these terms are breached.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or through the Platform.

10. Electronic communication, automated messages and direct marketing

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user gives gayidvebi.ge (the "Platform") clear, informed and unconditional consent, in full compliance with the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection" (including Article 8 — direct marketing) and the legislation of Georgia "On Electronic Communications", to use the contact details provided by the user (including mobile phone number, WhatsApp and email address) to send automated and non-automated messages.

Message categories include:

• Transactional and system messages: account registration confirmation, one-time sign-in codes (OTP), order status changes, security alerts and technical messages about how the system is working;
• Service and advisory messages: the results of the automatic plan and price calculation you requested, Platform onboarding instructions, scheduling of and reminders for demo calls, and support via WhatsApp, SMS and email;
• Informational and marketing messages: Platform news, announcements of new features, educational resources, special offers and discount campaigns.

Messages may be generated and sent both by an operator and by fully automated telecommunication systems and algorithms (including automated SMS gateways, the WhatsApp Business API and email services).

Withdrawing consent (opt-out): the user has the legally guaranteed right to refuse marketing messages at any time, free of charge and without any obstacles:

• by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in an email received;
• by sending a reply in the WhatsApp or SMS channel;
• by sending a request to our official email: info@gayidvebi.ge.

* Note: opting out of marketing messages does not limit the delivery of the transactional, operational and account-security messages the user needs.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia in force.
