When you use the Platform we store: your account details (name, email, WhatsApp/phone number), your shop's order information (customer name, phone, address, order details), your product catalogue and stock data, and the analytics the system generates itself (revenue, profit).

3. How we use data, and electronic communication

We use your data to run the Platform: to manage orders, keep stock records, generate analytics, calculate prices and provide you with support.

With your prior consent, the contact details you provide (email, phone number, WhatsApp) are used to send automated and non-automated system, service and informational messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Data security and isolation

The Platform is built on Supabase infrastructure using Row-Level Security (RLS). This means each shop's data is technically isolated — no other user has any access to your orders, customer base or financial information.

5. Sharing data with third parties

Your data is stored and processed by our technical partner, Supabase, which provides the database and authentication services. Data is not passed to any other third party, except where required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request, correct or delete your account and business data at any time. Use the contact details below to reach us.

7. Cookies

The Platform uses minimal, essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme (light/dark mode) settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
