gayidvebi.ge is a simple order and inventory management CRM built for small and medium online shops in Georgia. If you sell on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and you're tired of writing orders in notebooks or digging through chats, it brings the whole process into one place.

You follow every order's status on an interactive board, know exactly which orders are new and which are delivered, manage product stock and see your business's net profit in real time.

Just drag the order card from one column to another on the board (for example, from "New" to "Delivered"), or use the quick arrows on the card.

Yes. When you add a product, list its variants separated by commas (e.g. S, M, L or black, white). When you create an order, the system offers those variants in a dropdown.

Record incoming stock from suppliers by quantity, product type and variant, set the expected arrival date, and mark the shipment as "Arrived" when it lands. Your stock planning becomes simple and predictable.

The system calculates profit on every order automatically:

Selling price − cost price − courier fee (if the shop pays it)

The analytics dashboard shows this month's total revenue and net profit instantly.

Your data is secure and fully isolated. The platform uses Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS), so no other shop owner has any access to your orders, customer base or financial data.

Yes. On each order you mark whether it's prepaid or cash on delivery, who pays the courier fee and how much the courier must collect. Collected money and the expected profit of orders still on the way are shown separately.

Yes. For entrepreneurs with small business status, the system calculates the RS.ge tax automatically: by default 1% of income received, and 3% once annual income passes 500,000 GEL. Every part of the formula can be adjusted in the settings.
